How to take and upload a part video
At this time, videos can only be uploaded through the app (not from the web). You will need the VIN of the vehicle in which you installed the part shown in the video.
First, watch our quick how-to video showing how to record the video in landscape mode from your phone.
To upload the video, start by clicking the “Search” page in the app menu.
On the search page, scroll all the way to the bottom (below the instructional videos), and click the “Choose Video” button. Follow the instructions to upload the video, starting by entering the VIN.
